saya yang gemuk dan bermimpi untuk kurus

Amaran: Entri ini untuk orang gemuk tau.siapa tak nak baca boleh pergi makan durian.

ini pengakuan jujur dan ikhlas dari saya yang memang saya gemuk.tak payahlah nak gelak sipu-sipu ke apa.kalau awak pun gemuk baik mengaku.lainlah kurus macam Erra Fazira ke Ziana Zain ke Nasha Aziz ke.ramai lagilah.

tengok tangan dia yang kurus tu.lupa pula nak kenalkan ni lah Miss Universe Malaysia 2011.

dari dulu lagi saya memang gemuk.alaa sejak 1998 lagi.tak percaya?percayalah.pergi tengok buku rekod kesihatan warna biru tua saya dalam bilik tu.sebelum tu tak adalah gemuk sangat tapi semua orang cakap sejak lulus PTS tu hati bahagia agaknya tu yang makan tak ingat dunia.

berbalik pada isu mimpi hendak kurus.siapa yang tak nak kurus?kurus meleding tu lagi lah nak.pelbagai cara telah dilakukan.tapi tak berjaya.faktor kegagalan yang utama adalah tidak konsisten.

  • bersenam 30 minit sehari - 10 hari sahaja buat.lepas tu malas.
  • jangan makan nasi - memang jarang makan nasi dekat rumah.tetapi hanya akan mengekalkan angka tak akan menurunkan pun.
  • makan ubat kurus - ini memang tak pernah cuba.tak pernah terlintas pun nak cuba.banyak kegagalan dari kejayaan berdasarkan kajian yang dilakukan
  • pusat pengurusan badan - sama macam ubat kurus.kajian menunjukkan bergantung pada badan.ada yang berjaya ada yang tak berjaya.tambahan kos terlalu tinggi untuk mencuba maka abaikan sahaja.
berbekalkan berat di badan ini,maka saya telah membuat kesimpulan bahawa;
  • pengurangan snek (makanan tak berfaedah) di rumah boleh menyumbang ke penurunan berat badan
  • park kereta jauh dan berjalan boleh menyumbang secara tidak langsung ke arah bersenam
  • berkebun/siram pokok boleh mengeluarkan peluh

memandangkan sekarang 1/3 daripada 24 jam saya dihabiskan dalam kereta maka saya telah google cara menguruskan badan ketika memandu.siapa cakap tak ada.

setelah di alih bahasa secara terus (direct translation),caranya adalah begini;
nama dia "vakum abs" tau.
sedut pusat(yang dekat perut tu) sedalam yang boleh (ala-ala macam nak nampak kurus bila mamat hensem ke awek cun lalu sebelah tu) dan tahan selama 10-20 saat.boleh bayangkan?
secara gerak perlahan.
tarik nafas dalam-dalam.bila hembus sedut pusat ke dalam menghala ke tulang belakang dan tahan selama 10-20 saat.ulang beberapa kali.

bolehlah cuba lepas ni.saya selalu nak buat tapi lupa.bila dah nak sampai ke destinasi baru teringat.

jadi,macamana anda kurus? cuba cerita sikit.

sy gemok jugk. tanam cita2 since awal sem 8.. but akhirnya naik melebih2 since awal sem 8. ahahhaha

zati start naik lepas sem 7 sampai skrg tak turun2.sejak durian gugur naik lagi 3kg tp skrg dpt kawal nafsu durian dh trn blk.kih kih kih

ni kes lain ni.silalah makan gan weght ke.hehe.lysine ke..an nanti kat mri makan byk2 sikit.biar berat tuh naik :D

hey there im at home now wasting time with internet and stuck in front of this laptop. seems like my life is so great without exam.but still i was thinking about it. so,after zuhur i went to melaka for my dentist appointment.and the brackets is not here anymore.finally after 4 years and 10 months and 4 days all the brackets have been removed except the lower front brackets.its feel weird but my teeth look different.my two front teeth is bigger so it is quite obvious.somehow,i'll have to wear retainers tomorrow.and there'll be some wires on my teeth.i hope it'll take 3 months only. then,im off to melaka mall and watched papadom with en.norzhafran.he was late and we cant find our seat and yet decided to sit at the 3rd row from the front.actually the seating is different from the screen that shows seats during booking.thats why im confused when finding the seat.no matter what i should really thanks apan.without him i'll end up watching the best and funny papadom alone.in r...

Qaseh Qaisy

hello people i woke up this morning before Abah went to Masjid for Subuh.i dont usually wake up this early but maybe because last night i sleep quite early plus im not driving so i had enough sleep in the car :P whats with that Qaseh Qaisy? usually i dont like to read malays' novel cause the story will be more or less the same but this one is quite different.i like how the author wrote the story.the climax.the ending and how she start the novel.after i read the novel,the same question popped up in my head.i think i need that answer but someone never really wants to give me the answer that i need.i'm tired of asking.whats the point of asking without getting the answer.maybe i should give another try and see who knows i might get the answer. today's plans: send past years' papers for photocopy buy whipped cream and orange another experiment with cheese cake (i love this one) buy groceries enjoy your day peeps!
